As Jamaicans turned out to cast their votes across the island yesterday, the atmosphere was one of sheer jubilation. Many persons turned out in their numbers, some sporting fashionable outfits representing their party of choice. The various political representatives were also out voting and interacting with the voters. Even some dogs were in on the action.
