Walker Cup kicks off tomorrow

The quarter-finals of the ISSA-FLOW Walker Cup will be played tomorrow and Saturday at the Constant Spring field.
Champions St George's College will lock horns with Excelsior High School at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the first game of a double-header. The two advanced to the Walker Cup as winners of Manning Cup Groups C and F, respectively.
In the second game of the double-header, Kingston College face St. Jago. KC are winners of Group G, while St Jago emerged the best overall second place in the Manning Cup.
On Saturday, Group A winners Jamaica College will face Group D winners Charlie Smith at 1 p.m., before Hydel High (the Group B winners) oppose Group E winners Wolmer's Boys at 3 p.m.
The matches will be 'play-to- finish' as a winner has to be decided, either by extra time or penalty.
The semi-finals will be played on Wednesday, October 21 at the same venue.
